Shipping + Order Processing

Coffee Orders

Orders are roasted custom to your order, so please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order is roasted and ready to ship, it is shipped the same day for whole bean coffee orders. As freshly roasted coffee beans are at its optimum flavor extraction for best brewing within 5-10 days after roasting, once you receive your coffee, it will be at the best brew time! If you selected the Ground grind (this includes the Espresso Ground grind), please allow an extra 12-24 hours for outgassing before your order is shipped. Note that orders placed on weekends, holidays, or special sales events may experience a slight processing delay. Currently, we do not process international (outside the U.S.) orders at this time.

Brew Accessories + Merchandise Orders

We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been fulfilled it cannot be cancelled. However, you have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel any Brew Accessories or Merchandise only orders for a full refund.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped by USPS, FedEx, or UPS and is shipped with tracking information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email. You will typically receive your order within 3-7 business days of shipping. Please expect shipping delays during holiday times.

  • Free Shipping on Coffee Orders over $45. Only pay $4.95 flat rate shipping for orders under $45.
  • Free Shipping on Brew Accessories and Merchandise orders over $75. Only pay $9.95 flat rate shipping for brew accessories and merchandise orders under $75.
  • We do not ship internationally (outside the continental USA) at this time.
