Coffee
As coffee is an agricultural product at its core and falls under perishable products, we cannot accept returns on any roasted coffee orders. However, if there are errors in your order; or you were shipped an incorrect item; or items are missing from your order; or if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@shoproastedcoffee.com so we can begin the claims process.

Brew Accessories + Merchandise
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your accessories or merchandise purchase, please contact our Support Team at support@shoproastedcoffee.com within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Your unwanted item(s) must be returned to Roasted | The Coffee Bar Co. to initiate a refund or exchange. All returned accessories, merchandise, or apparel must be in its original packaging and must be unused before a refund or exchange can be processed. Contact us to receive an RAC (return authorization code) to begin the process. Please note that some items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If there are errors in your order; or you were shipped an incorrect item; or items are missing from your order; or if your order arrives damaged during shipping; or you have not received your order within 10 business days from the ship date, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claims process and/or contact the shipper to track the package. All returns, concerns, and claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Brew Equipment Extended Information
As our brew equipment is manufactured from third-party vendors or suppliers, we can only offer a refund or exchange of such equipment within 30 days of you receiving the equipment but we are not able to offer repairs or part replacement. However, we have extended the exchange policy on Brew Equipment to 90 days! If you are having issues with your brew equipment, you can exchange your brew equipment for the same or like item* within 90 days of your purchase date. Just contact our Support Team to start your return exchange process.
*A Like item of any Brew Accessories or Equipment is at our, Roasted, sole discretion. We reserve the right to select the replacement item and it may or may not be the exact same item you originally ordered as the item you ordered may be out of stock, discontinued, or part of a limited-edition collection. In any case where the same item or like item is completely unavailable, we will issue a store credit minus a 10% processing fee.
